Franklin volleyball captain Victoria Foster put pen to paper and signed an official letter of intent to play for the Air Force Academy next fall. Foster, daughter of former UTEP and NBA great Greg Foster, thanked her parents for giving her the tools to be able to play division one sports after High School.
