Former Chapin Huskie Lara Jackson, who completed her eligibility at the University of Arizona, failed to qualify today in the 100-meter freestyle at the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials in Omaha, Nebraska.

Jackson did not advance in the 100-Meter prelims swam this morning in Omaha.  Jackson still has another chance to obtain a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.  Jackson will swim in the 50-meter prelims Sunday morning.  She is a former American record-holder in that event.

Coronado's Jake Hartley, who currently swims at Stanford University, will compete Saturday in the Men's 50-Meter freestyle prelims.  Hartley won three state championships during his tenure at Coronado High School.
