University High School is a public school and part of the Waco Independent School district.

Congratulations on a GREAT season Del Valle. You have a great coach and an awesome history of winning. I for one am PROUD as heck of the way you guys played and represented yourselves, your school, your families and El Paso. I know it hurts that the other team won but do not lower your heads but instead hold them up high. Be proud of yourselves, because I sure as heck am proud of you all.

An obvious question: Who, what is Waco University? A high school playing a university level school? Inquisitive minds want to know. Wasn't it obvious to the reporter that it would be baffling to the reader?
