The Dallas Cowboys are searching for answers after their 27-20 loss at Cowboys Stadium to the Chicago Bears. The Cowboys start the season 0-2 for the first time since 2001. Tony Romo threw for over 300 yards, but all day long, the Dallas running game could not get going.
Head Coach Wade Phillips said after the game, "I think it is, I mean I don't think it's too early, I mean I think it is a crossroads right now, we got to step up."
Tony Romo added, "Anytime you get in this position it's very difficult, we got to climb our way out of this, and every team hasn't experienced it yet, but you know, you sit there and wonder if you are ever going to win a football game. When you get to this point, it's not what you would expect going into the season."
"This next game is the most important game for us, but we have to go back and correct our mistakes," said Phillips. Dallas plays at Houston next Sunday.
