The Dallas Cowboys finally got a victory, and it couldn't come at a better time.  With their backs against the wall, and likely needing to win out to make the playoffs, the Cowboys defeated Tampa Bay Saturday night, 31-15, after racing out to a 28-0 halftime lead.

Tony Romo threw for 294 yards and three touchdowns, and the Cowboys defense finally turned in a fantastic performance in the last three weeks, holding Tampa to 55 total yards in the first half.

Dallas (8-6) will host Philadelphia on Christmas eve before closing out the season at the New York Giants, whom the Cowboys currently lead in the division by a half game.  On Sunday, the Giants host the Washington Redskins.

Running Back Felix Jones ran for 102 yards for the Cowboys, who are without rookie RB DeMarco Murray for the rest of the season with a broken ankle.

Tampa Bay (4-10) has lost eight games in a row.  Thanks to a large contingent of Cowboys fans, the Bucs played before a sellout crowd at home for just the second time in two seasons at Raymond James Stadium.
