Bryant Back with Cowboys, Watkins Released

Sports

POSTED: Monday, August 30, 2010 - 8:48pm

UPDATED: Monday, August 30, 2010 - 10:38pm

Monday, August 30: Dallas Cowboys Rookie Receiver Dez Bryant was cleared by team doctors, and will return to practice this week, along with Marcus Spears, Keith Brooking and Gerald Sensabaugh. Bryant has missed all of the preseason due to a sprained ankle suffered in training camp in San Antonio. Bryant is expected to liven up the Dallas offense, which ranks last in the NFL this preseason.   Dallas closes out the preseason this Thursday night, when they will host Miami at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington.
