Montwood high school boys basketball coach Tony Harper was going for career win #900, but fell short to Coronado at Montwood High School, 50-35.  Coronado is ranked #15 in the state, while Montwood is ranked 21st. 

Coronado improved to 21-1 overall, 4-0  in District 1-5A, while Montwood fell to 18-2, 3-1.

7:00pm Friday, Montwood is at Eastwood, and we'll see if Harper gets win #900 then.
