Aggies prepare for Saturday match with Idaho

The New Mexico State men's basketball team hosts Idaho, Saturday, Jan. 14 inside the Pan American Center at 7 p.m. The Idaho contest is also available on AggieVision, Comcast, Altitude2, CW (Channel 7.2), ESPN Full Court, ESPN3 and shown on tape delay on Fox Sports-Arizona at 8:30 p.m. The game is available on KGRT 104 FM with the 'Voice of the Aggies' Jack Nixon, and the pregame show starts 30 minutes prior to tip. The contest is also available in Spanish on Vista 98 FM with Martin Cortez.

The Aggies are 12-5 this season and 2-0 in the WAC following an 80-60 win over Utah State, Jan. 12. NM State has two players in double figures with redshirt senior Wendell McKines leading the way with 18.1 points and 10.7 rebounds per game, and senior guard Hernst Laroche provides 11.4 points per game.

Saturday's game against Idaho is elementary school night. Elementary school children that bring a report card or Aggie flyer to the game will be admitted free. There will be a mascot basketball game at halftime, and a postgame autograph session with the Aggies.
