My Red Hat group visited the Rose Garden on 4/16/2011. What a JOY! The term "riot of color" was coined just for the Rose Garden. As we strolled around the Garden, many feeling came to mind and not just for the name of the roses. I felt joy, laughter, peace, playfulness, serenity and amazement. Each turn provided a different OHH or AHHH. A joy to the eyes and a blessing for the spirit.
If you are wondering whether to go or not,
******G O !!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you.

The El Paso Rose Society will host it's annual rose show "Roses on the Rio" on October 17, 2010 Sunday at the Garden Center at 3105 Grant in Memorial Park. It's a great opportunity for rose afficionados to see the many varieties of roses grown in the desert. We will have a meeting September 19, 2010 Sunday at the Garden Center at 3PM to discuss how to groom your roses for a show. Generally roses bloom in the Spring and Fall.
