what a shame this Juarez city is. Why can the police get together and enforce the law. I am not new in this area and I used to go to Juarez every two month to get a hair cut, and I am so sorry I cannot go anymore, I miss my hairstylist of 25 years, but there is nothing I can do but be cautious and not go back to Juarez. So Sad
