that a good idea but it just ashame that ppl would have to do that just to keep ppl from dumping... ppl should have the respect not to dump trash on other ppl property they wouldn't like it if we came to there property and discared are trash on them.. ppl have some respect there is a thing called a city landfield dump your trash there!!!!!
