Something stinks about this. Alamogordo citizens burned Harry Potter books saying they were "Works of the devil". I mean, really....
Is this decision to award a title of "psychological' "anything" indicative of New Mexico Law? Where's the precedent?
How did the court define, quantify, or codify this term legally? Did a higher court write a decision & enter it into law? This smacks of crooked politics.
