Sobey should not be dispensing advice until he gets his facts straight! Anchor piercings do NOT need to be surgically removed. It is a simple process any piercer who knows how to put them in should be able to perform. They are not particularly painful when performed correctly. He should consult a more trained/experienced piercer. Those of us who are professional and knowledgeable would rather share our wisdom than have people out there piercing with neither skill nor accurate information.
