I use to live in El Paso, Tx and am from there. We moved to Honolulu, HI in June of this year... and our milk prices here start at $5.15 for a gallon of milk. We love milk and have no choice but to buy it! I really took for granted how good we as El Pasoans had it! And to think milk prices may be going up. I can only and don't want to imagine how extremely high it will be here!
