So how and where is this $346,399 bus going to be used. It does not have toilet facilities so I figure it is not going to be used in areas where people have a difficult time getting to libraries or community centers or because of other issues. I hope this does not turn out to be an expensive toy that is not really used to actually help people that don't have easy access to computer training programs.
