Tonight an elderly lady was almost killed when she was getting out of a car that was parked on Pebble Hills Street. This circus spectacle has created an extremely dangerous traffic situation on Pebble Hills. These homeowners do not care that they are exposing all of these curious circus-goers to a life and death situation by parking on Pebble Hills. This street has more traffic at that hour than does I-10.
KTSM should take a responsible position and alert the EPPD of this dangerous condition.
