El Paso, TX (KTSM) — The inaugural year of El Paso's Sun City Craft Beer Fest was such a success in 2013 that organizers have announced its return for a second year. The 2014 installment of the SCCBF will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2014 in downtown El Paso.
Dozens of regional and national craft breweries will be on hand to showcase their brews and hundreds of beers will be available to taste for El Paso Beer lovers.
“El Pasoans showed great support in last year’s first-ever craft beer fest,” said Nahum Avila, organizer of the Sun City Craft Beer Fest, “Because of this, we are able to bring it back this year bigger and better and turn more beer lovers into craft beer connoisseurs”.
For the 2014 fest, Sun City Craft Beer Fest has teamed up with the organizers of Neon Desert Music Festival, Splendid Sun Productions, to produce a larger events that will also include live music, merchandise, art and food truck restaurants that will pair the right food with the perfect beer.
This year's fest will also feature on-site brewing where experts will demonstrate that homemade beer process.
Ticket prices begin at $20 and are on sale now at www.suncitycraftbeerfest.com  for tickets. Special prices for VIP and designated drivers are listed. A portion of proceeds made from ticket sales will be used to support local charities.
