El Paso, TX (KTSM) — A man suffered serious injuries in an overnight stabbing in Downtown El Paso early Wednesday morning. The stabbing occurred at approximately 2:46 a.m. Wednesday morning at the DeSoto Hotel located on Mills Ave. near Stanton St.
The investigation revealed that a 33-year-old man and a 28-year-old man got into a fight at the hotel that led to the stabbing.
The 33-year-old man was stabbed in his upper arm and stomach and was taken to University Medical Center for treatment. The 28-year-old man had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Neither men wanted to prosecute the other, and no arrests were made.
