The accused Manhattan Heights rapist, Arturo Valtierra-Payan was back in court Tuesday where his trial date was set for August 22.
Payan is accused of breaking into several homes in the Manhattan Heights neighborhood and allegedly raping three women in May and June of last year. He's charged in three separate cases in El Paso and a separate sexual assault case in Fort Worth. The charges include burglary of habitation and aggravated sexual assault.
He's been in jail since his arrest.
