(NBC News) — Two months after security experts warned that HealthCare.gov was wide open to identity thieves, they testified to Congress Thursday that the problems haven't been fixed.
"This is a mismanaged issue. I don't know how we are still talking about it. It's insecure," said David Kennedy, a computer security consultant with TrustedSec LLC.
Experts say there are 20 different openings for hackers, but so far no major attacks have been reported.
