Huntsville, TX - Death row inmate William Josef Berkley is set to be executed at 5pm today.
Berkley raped and murdered 18-year-old Sophia Martinez in March of 2000.
He will be given a lethal dose of drugs in the state's death chamber in Huntsville.
Berkley would be the sixth Texas inmate to receive lethal injection this year in the nation's busiest death penalty state.
