San Antonio, TX — A man in San Antonio, TX was arrested last Monday, December 2nd, after he walked into a San Antonio taqueria and threatened a waitress with a sword if she didn't give him free tacos.
The man, 28-year-old Adam Kramer, has been charged with Aggravated Robbery and remains in the Bexar County Jail with a bond of $50,000 according to the Bexar County Sheriff's.
According to NBC Affiliate News4 San Antonio  the incident happened at an eatery along Loop 1604 in southeast Bexar County.
Kramer allegedly walked into the restaurant at about 2:30 p.m. and ordered six tacos. When the waitress told Kramer his order total, he allegedly pulled out a large sword in and out of a sheath at his waist.
The waitress told Kramer he could speak with the owner, but Kramer left the restaurant and continued to wave the sword outside the restaurant demanding his free tacos or else someone would die.
According to Sheriff's affidavits, Kramer then drove out of the parking lot where he was located by Bexar County Sheriff's Deputies on a separate charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The waitress was able to identify Kramer and his sword out of a photo lineup. He is being held in the Bexar County Jail.
