El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — Abandonment, child endangerment, and now possibly death at the hands of a military spouse.
El Paso Police are confident that remains found Wednesday in the desert in Orogrande, New Mexico are that of 5-month-old Jackson Farrey.
What could have been done to prevent this?
