El Paso, TX (KTSM) — El Paso is one step closer to hiring a new City Manager. Council, Monday, voted to pay Pennsylvania search firm, Affion, $23,000 to find the right candidate for the job.
The firm was among three considered. The city hopes to hire a new manager by April. If they can't they will keep current City Manager Joyce Wilson on a month-to-month basis. Wilson submitted her resignation in October, effective September 2014.
