El Paso, TX (KTSM) — The case of 30-year-old Lucostal Leon Holley remains unsolved nearly year and a half after his murder. Now, El Paso Police Department are asking for the community to help bring this unsolved case to a close.
Shortly before 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16th, 2012, Holley arrived to the 11000 block of Rockdale in Northeast El Paso to meet with two other men. Shortly after arriving, Holley was seen being held up against a fence by the two men he had met. Witnesses describe the men as two heavyset black males.
After being held against the fence, Holley ran to a nearby home on Rockdale that had an open garage door and asked the resident for help. It was in this home that Holley collapsed and succumbed to stab wounds he suffered in the attack with the two men.
Detectives believe someone knew who Lucostal Leon Holley had gone to meet that night on Rockdale and are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in bringing closure to Holley's friends and family.
