El Paso, TX (KTSM) — There's a special event going on this weekend right here in El Paso and it's all to help out little 9-year-old Matthew Olivas Jr.
Matthew was was born with an enlarged heart.
His condition is called ebstein's anomaly. Because of this condition, Matthew has to have open heart surgery to help him with his fatigue.
That's why a car show is being held Saturday, September 14, to help pay for some of the traveling costs.
It'll be fun for the whole family.
The show starts at 9 a.m. and lasts until 5 p.m.
It'll be held at 11751 Gateway West.
There will be live bands starting at 12:30 p,m., cars and even a few comedians.
Matthew's family is accepting donations but above all, they want everyone to come out to show their support and have a good time.
