El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — A man who allegedly broke into homes and raped women in the Manhattan Heights neighborhood is now facing new charges.
Arturo Valtierra-Payan returned to court today where he was charged with two new counts of aggravated sexual assault, plus a burglary of habitation. The 25 year-old already faces another burglary of habitation charge and two counts of aggravated sexual assault.
Valtiera-Payan allegedly raped three women earlier this summer and tried to rape a fourth but she fought him off. He's being held behind bars on a $1 million bond.
