El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — The city of El Paso is asking for the public's assistance in locating a man who has been reported missing. A Local Silver Alert was issued on Wednesday for Arturo Trillo, due to his medical history.
Trillo, 74, of El Paso, was discovered missing from a foster care facility on Monday night in the 7300 block of Wisteria Avenue.
He is described as standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. Police say he has thin build and has gray hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. Trillo was last seen wearing a gray, short-sleeved button up shirt, gray shorts, gray baseball cap with yellow bill and gray tennis shoes.
Authorities suspect Trillo, who suffers from dementia, walked out of the building and did not return. If you have any information on this missing person, please contact police immediately at 915-832-4400.
