EL PASO — Animal control officials were working a hoarding case in East El Paso where they discovered 54 dogs and one cat living in a home.
According to officials, neighbors had begun complaining about a foul odor in the vicinity of the home. Currently the city was asking the public to help in their search for foster homes or forever families.
