Time is running out this morning for Egyptian President Mohamed Morsy as a military deadline looms.
On Monday, the military gave Morsy 48 hours to accommodate his opponents with a power sharing agreement or be pushed aside, possibly by force. That leaves him until about 9 o'clock Mountain Time this morning to meet that deadline.
Early Wednesday morning, 23 people died when Morsy's angry opponents met head on with his supporters at Cairo University, hundreds more were wounded. Demonstrations elsewhere in Egypt were mostly peaceful.
Morsy has already said that he will not comply with the power sharing agreement.
