El Paso, TX (KTSM) — If the fireworks can leave the ground, it's not permitted in El Paso county and more may be banned.
County Commissioners decided in Monday's meeting to ban aerial skyrockets with sticks and missiles with find in all unincorporated areas of the County.
NewsChannel 9 spoke with Judge Veronica Escobar about the ban and she says its important because it aims to keep El Pasoans safe especially during the area's drought.
