Closing arguments will begin Monday morning in the trial of a man accused of killing his boyfriend.
During 29-year old Michael Hererra's trial Friday a psychologist was questioned about whether Herrera knew what he did was wrong. Herrera is accused of killing his boyfriend, 39-year old Cesar Raul Torres in 2009.
Witness Dr. Timothy Proctor told the jury the voices Herrera heard told him to punish Torres for grabbing his genitals. Proctor said Herrera told him that he thought he barely stabbed Torres, But admits he had been hallucinating before the incident. Proctor said the hallucinations were either brought on by Herrera's schizophrenia, drugs or alcohol or a combination of the three.
