The Aggie baseball team returns home after an eight-game, 10-day road trip for a four-game series with La Salle. The Aggies open the series, Friday, March 8 at 6:05 p.m. at Presley Askew Field before a doubleheader, Saturday, March 9, which starts at 3:05 p.m. The series finale is scheduled for Sunday, March 10 at 1:05 p.m. Friday's and Sunday's games are scheduled to air on the radio on KSNM AM 570 but are subject to change.
The New Mexico State men's basketball team returns home for its final series of the regular season and hosts No. 25 Louisiana Tech, Thursday, March 7 at 7 p.m. and UT Arlington, Saturday, March 9 at 7 p.m. Both games are AggieVision productions with Jeff Matthews and Glen Cerny. The games can be heard on the Aggie Sports Network and KGRT 104 FM in Las Cruces with the 'Voice of the Aggies' Jack Nixon, and the pregame show starts 30 minutes prior to tip. The games are also available in Spanish with Edgar Gardell on Vista 98.7 FM.
The Aggie women's basketball team now wraps the regular season on the road for two games. NM State travels to Louisiana Tech on Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m., before making the final trip of the season to UT Arlington on Saturday, March 9 at 5 p.m. Both games can be heard on KSNM AM570 with Jay Sanderson making the call.
The Aggie women's golf team head to Los Angeles, Calif., to play in the Bruin-Wave Invitational, Monday, March 4 and Tuesday, March 5.
The Aggie softball team heads to the Diamond Devil Invitational in Tempe, Ariz., Friday, March 8 through Sunday, March 10. NM State faces UC Davis and Pittsburg on the first day of the invitational before meeting Notre Dame and host Arizona State, Saturday, March 9. The tournament concludes with two more meetings with the Irish and the Sun Devils on Sunday.
The Aggie men's tennis team gets comfortable at home with two matches at the NM State Tennis Center. First, NM State hosts Western New Mexico on Friday, March 8 and then welcomes Tarleton State on Sunday, March 10.
The Aggie women's tennis team travels to Albuquerque, N.M., to meet DePaul and I-25 rival New Mexico on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10.
