EL PASO — Renting in El Paso has never been hotter, according to the Dept. Of Housing and Urban development.
Their most recent market analysis report says demand for rental properties is up, and fewer than five percent of rentals in the Sun City are open for the taking.
That means lots of competition to get in to that dream home.
And when something's that hot, there's always the potential to get burned.
