LAS CRUCES, N.M. — The New Mexico Board of Nursing is in town Thursday and Friday for a regular scheduled visit of the Dona Ana Community College nursing program.
During their two day visit, the board meets with administrators, tours the facilities, and meets with students alone.
The program lost accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission in August after an April visit.
The board will compile a report on their findings on the final day of their visit.
The accreditation commission will visit the campus later this year.
