EL PASO — Reading is not apparently El Paso's strong suit.
That's according to a study by Central Connecticut State University.
They ranked El Paso the fourth most illiterate city in the country.
The rankings are based on newspaper circulation, percentage of adults with a college degree, median income, and the number of bookstores per 10,000 people, in which El Paso had the least.
The most illiterate city ranked was Bakersfield, Calif.
The most literate was Washington, D.C.
