EL PASO — A driver headed the wrong way on I-10 Saturday night crashed into three other vehicles near the Artcraft exit in the Upper Valley. TX-DOT cameras captured the emergency scene.
One person went to the hospital.
Traffic stalled and police detoured all vehicles to the Artcraft exit.
