The Department of Health and Human Services wants you to know that organ and tissue donations and transplants provide a second chance at life for thousands of people each year.
More than 100,000 people are waiting for an organ.
Eighteen people will die each day waiting for an organ.
One organ donor can save up to 8 lives.
