Las Cruces - A deadly shooting in Las Cruces has raised a lot of questions..
Questions police and the Dona Ana County District Attorney's office plan to answer soon.
On January 17, police shot and killed Anthony Medrano during a family fight at a home.
Officers say Medrano refused to drop a bat and knife he was holding.
Medrano's mother insists police could have subdued her son without killing him.
Findings of an investigation into the shooting will be released on Monday.
