EL PASO — El Paso was ranked the city with the "Lowest Crime Rate Ranking" having a population over 500,000 according to the El Paso Police Department, citing a report by CQ Press [2].
It's the third year in a row El Paso earns the title.
Chief of Police Greg Allen said this would not have been possible without dedicated
officers and a community willing to report crime and cooperate with police
investigations.
“All El Pasoans should be proud of this recognition as it is truly a reflection of the El Paso community,” he said.
