EL PASO — Teens are involved in three times as many fatal crashes as all other drivers. According to TxDOT officials, often times teens are injured or killed because they forget to buckle up. That's why TxDOT is hosting its 2013 Teen Click It or Ticket campaign where they'll be demonstrating how seat belts save lives. It's happening Tuesday at Coronado High School from 10 a.m. to noon.
