An El Paso Police officer has arrested a man wanted for credit card abuse after a traffic stop.
Police said Kenneth Heidelberg, 43, was driving a 2001 Toyota Camry and allegedly ran a stop sign at Stanton and O'Keefe.
The officer found Heidelberg had an outstanding warrant for Credit Card/Debit Card Abuse.
Heidelberg was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a $1000 bond.
According to police, Heidelberg is an El Paso Fire Department employee.
Heidelberg's criminal records show credit card abuse in 2001 and multiple assault charges spanning from 2002 to 2009.
