EL PASO — Fort Bliss officials continue to look at ways they can make cuts after the federal government announced the military needs to make budget cuts.
Major Joe Buccino said Fort Bliss officials have been meeting and talking about what programs could be slashed.
He said they do not want to create any risks to soldiers or their families.
By the end of next week, they plan to send up their first round of recommendations to Forces Command.
