Facebook named best company to work for

Facebook receives the award for the best company to work for. This year is getting off to a good start for Facebook not only is their stock on the upswing, but Facebook just got tapped as the best company to work for in 2013.  This is the second time Facebook has received the employee's choice award, just unveiled by "online jobs" and "glassdoor."  The awards rely solely on the input of employees who provide feedback anonymously through a survey.  Facebook received an overall company rating of 4.7 out of a possible 5.
