EL PASO — One El Paso Independent School District Administrator is out, and another's fate has been put on hold.
The EPISD school board decided to propose termination for Bowie High Assistant Principal Luisa Kell. She's been on administrative leave for at a least a month now, andwas on staff at Bowie High when the cheating scandal occurred on campus.
She has a right to appeal their decision and get a hearing to defend her case. At the request of Interim Superintendent Vernon Butler, the board postponed their decision on whether to terminate Associate Superintendent of Secondary Schools James Anderson.
