Newport, CA — Police say a California man who fired dozens of rounds of ammunition outside a crowded mall, reportedly shot the gun to relieve stress. Marcos Gurrola allegedly shot fifty rounds from his pistol in the parking lot of a mall in Newport beach. Police say Gurrola was depressed over the recent death of his grandmother and was also upset over being kicked out of his family's home. Gurrola told police he didn't intend to shoot anyone. He also said he fires guns to relieve stress. Widespread panic took over mall shoppers as they ran from the bullets but luckily, no one was hurt.
