EL PASO — You'll soon notice some big changes along I-10 near the spaghetti bowl. The Texas Transportation Commission has approved eight million dollars in federal funding for a beautification project along that stretch of highway.The project will include structural repairs, cleaning dirt and grime off the columns, and graffiti removal. Work will begin in February and will take shape along I-10 from Copia Street to Chelsea.
