EL PASO — Vista Del Sol Flea Market saw about 10,000 customers shopping at more than 200 different vendors during it's first two days of business at El Paso's eastside.
Vendors at the flea market, located at the corner of Joe Battle Boulevard and Vista Del Sol Drive, said they saw up to 350 customers over the weekend.
"It's pretty nice," said Steve Soto who was exploring the flea market with his wife. "Something new, we don't have one (flea market) down here."
Flea market vendors include those selling antiques and collections, books, plants, fabric, automobile accessories, electronics, furniture, clothes shoes and jewelry.
The flea market also features a playground and an electric train that drives around the area keeping the kids entertained while parents shop.
"I like that people can enjoy themselves," said Delia Soto. "The kids can play, it's a good family oriented atmosphere."
