EL Paso- More than 12-thousand music fans in the Sun City can't be wrong. The Neon Desert Music Festival is returning in 2013.
Now in it's third year in a row, the all day, outdoor music festival will continue to play in downtown El Paso on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. The downtown location remains unchanged. Five performance stages will return to the historic San Jacinto Plaza and the Cleveland Square Park. The lineup won't be released until February, but more than twenty-five bands from around the world will be rocking the downtown.
