Chihuahua Police:Body found in Juarez is Socorro woman Crystal Nevarez

JUAREZ — Chihuahua State Police have confirmed the victim found in a desert area is of 20 year old Crystal Nevarez.

Johnny Ray Nevarez dumped Crystal's body, wrapped in a blanket, in Juarez ,according to Chihuahua Police. Police also said that Nevarez had a note with him when his body was found at Hueco Tanks, after he committed suicide. The couple allegedly had gotten into an argument on November 23rd. Crystal Nevarez was two months pregnant and was suffocated to death, according to Chihuahua police.
